OUR PREMISES
We are an established kindergarten with premises well recessed from the road, to create a calm and welcoming environment. We have redeveloped our premises in recent times and are proud of our indoor and outdoor areas.
Having a close association with Glendowie Presbyterian Church, allows us access to additional superb facilities, thus ensuring we can offer high teacher/pupil ratios in an expansive, modern setting.
Our kindergarten is purpose-built to offer the best possible facilities to ensure your child is cared for in a supportive, safe and fun environment.

OUTDOOR
We have completely redesigned and refurbished our outdoor area, and it now has a wide array of equipment and apparatus. We actively encourage the children to make regular use of these facilities.
Weather permitting, we centre activities and explorative play outside to enable the children to enjoy a tactile, fun experience. In the summer months in particular, our outdoor area is a focal point of the kindy.
Parents are encouraged to come along and view, our facilities to see what we have on offer for the children.
Safety is paramount at GCK and all our equipment was purchased with this in mind. In addition, with our favourable teacher/child ratios, there is always dedicated adult supervision on hand throughout the kindergarten.
INDOOR
Our indoor area is spacious, airy and bathed in natural light from several skylight windows in the roof. We try to maximise the use of natural light wherever possible, to ensure that our children are accommodated in a comfortable manner.
We actively resource our kindy with quality materials and supplies to ensure we deliver our programme effectively. Our emphasis remains on colour, texture and fun as our cornerstone elements.
Our indoor environment is always adorned with artwork and crafts made by the children. You are welcome to look through these at any time. In addition, each child has a portfolio which charts their progress and gives parents an insight into their child's learning at our kindy.
